Emphasis in administrative law (application for and defense of professional licenses; education law (K-University level-students, faculty, and staff); employment law (all areas except workers' compensation-public and private employees-discrimination complaints-job accommodations-disability retirement); and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation).

Practice limited to residents of the California counties of Marin, Mendocino, and Sonoma.
