The Law Offices of Alexandra Marcoux is a South Florida based law firm specializing in the practice of immigration and nationality law. Our clients include professionals, couples, families, artists, entrepreneurs, health care workers, executives, investors, U.S. employers and foreign companies.

Although we are a full-service immigration law firm, we handle mostly family-based immigration and employment-based immigration matters.

Our family-based immigration practice ranges from family-based visas to immigrant petitions for spouses, parents, children and siblings of U.S. citizens and permanent residents.

Our employment-based practice consists of obtaining temporary business visas for professionals, intra-corporate transferees, investors, athletes and artists as well as assisting U.S. employers and foreign workers with the labor certification process and the employment-based green card petition.

In both family and employment-based immigration, we handle consular processing and applications for adjustment of status to permanent resident. We can handle immigration matters arising from any U.S. state and any country in the world.

We can also assist you with naturalization if you wish to become a U.S. citizen or with obtaining a citizenship certificate if you are already one by descent or through the naturalization of one of your parent.

We also provide deportation and removal defense for clients in need of representation before immigration courts and we handle immigration-related litigation in federal court.
