Gerry Oginski is an experienced medical malpractice & personal injury trial lawyer practicing law in Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, New York, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk & Long Island. He has been in practice since 1988.

He is a graduate of Touro College, Jacob Fuchsberg College of Law in Huntington, NY. He's admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut. He started his legal career working for a defense firm on Wall Street representing doctors, hospitals and businesses who were sued. Four years later he felt the gravitational pull to represent injured victims of medical negligence and accidents.

Nace Naumoski, Esq. graduated magna cum laude from the prestigious School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in diplomacy and international relations. Mr. Naumoski also received a Certificate in Russian and Eastern European Studies.

Mr. Naumoski later earned his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University. During law school, Mr. Naumoski was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Membership on the Law Review is considered among the highest scholarly achievements at any law school. Mr. Naumoski also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Donald H. Steckroth, U.S.B.J.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Naumoski was an associate in a top-notch litigation practice at New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious law firm. Mr. Naumoski’s practice consisted primarily of representing large corporate clients in connection with lawsuits in a variety of areas, including personal injury, product liability, wrongful death and survivorship, construction litigation, business torts (including breach of contract, tortious interference, and trade libel), real estate and title litigation, collection, consumer fraud, and public entity litigation. Attorney Shepro is the owner of Jeffrey Shepro P.C. in New York City. At New York Law School he was elected Co-Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity. He interned for the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation where he audited construction contracts, license agreements and government grants. After law school and prior to opening his own practice, Attorney Shepro worked in general practice. He represented clients in litigation, corporate transactions and real estate transactions. He was admitted to the bar in 2001 and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Lippy focuses her practice on Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. She has successfully tried numerous cases before a Judge and Jury. She has a love and passion for the law that she puts to use in the courtroom and prides herself in her ability to relate to clients and jurors alike. She was born and raised locally and attended the Norristown Area High School. She was a member of the Schreyer Honors Program at the Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated in 2000 with a major in Speech Communication and a minor in German. Her major, Speech Communication, has helped her immensely in trial work, as a main focus of her undergraduate studies was linguistics and the art of speech. After graduating from Penn State, Ms. Lippy was awarded an academic scholarship and attended Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. At Temple Law School, she was a member of the nationally acclaimed trial team, where she was recognized for her skills in advocacy through awards from the Center for Forensic Economic Sciences, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and was also awarded Best Advocate in the Region during the Final Round of a competition. Ms. Lippy continues her involvement with Temple Law School as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy on a part-time basis.

Ms. Lippy has been recognized for her legal skills by being named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track,” by the Legal Intelligencer, an award that is only given to 30 lawyers in Pennsylvania on an annual basis. Further, for the last two years, she has been named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.

As an attorney, Ms. Lippy has recognized the importance of giving back to her community. Accordingly, she has volunteered for several different organizations. Most recently, she was the chair-woman of Norristown’s Municipal Waste Authority. She is extremely active in the local bar association and is currently a Co-Chair of the Member Services Committee. She has acted as President of the Montgomery American Inn of Courts, the local branch of a National Organization that consists of prominent trial attorneys, is the immediate past-chair of the Young Lawyer’s Section of the Montgomery Bar Association, a past chair of the Women in the Law and a member of the Criminal Defense Committee. Mark has almost 30 years experience in personal injury and litigation. While a student, he was a paralegal in his father's law office. After law school, Mark worked on Wall Street at one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Later, he joined the family personal injury practice where he enjoys hands-on, close contact with his clients.

Daniel E. Cummins, Esquire is a partner in the Scranton, Pennsylvania law firm of Foley, Cognetti, Comerford, Cimini & Cummins with 15 years of insurance defense experience in Northeastern Pennsylvania, including insurance defense work in the Poconos area and the surrounding counties.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Cummins served as the Senior Law Clerk for the Honorable Harold A. Thomson, Jr. in the Pike County Court of Common Pleas for two years before going into private practice, where he has focused on insurance defense litigation ever since.

Along the way, in addition to practicing law, Mr. Cummins has also worked as an adjunct instructor for the paralegal program at the Worthington-Scranton campus of Penn State University.

Mr. Cummins has published many articles that have appeared in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly, the Pennsylvania Bar Quarterly, the Pennsylvania Lawyer magazine, and the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal. Attorney Cummins' numerous articles have analyzed and predicted trends in a wide variety of areas of civil litigation law and have also provided practice tips for fellow members of the bar.

More recently, at the request of the editors of the Pennsylvania Law Weekly, a statewide legal news publication, Attorney Cummins has become a regularly contributing columnist on civil litigation issues. As noted below, several of his articles have been recognized for their excellence in legal journalism.

Lawyers on the Fast Track

In September, 2005, Attorney Cummins was honored as one of only 35 lawyers across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under the age of 40 to be recognized by American Law Media as a "Lawyer on the Fast Track." This recognition was issued by a committee comprised of bar association leaders and a law school dean and was given to attorneys who have exhibited excellence in advocacy, advancement of the law, community service, and service to the bar. To date, Mr. Cummins remains one of only three attorneys from Northeastern, Pennsylvania to ever have been so recognized.

Schnader Print Media Awards

In both 2006 and 2007, Attorney Cummins was awarded First Place in the Weekly Newspapers category of the noted Schnader Print Media Awards, honoring excellence in legal writing and analysis in Pennsylvania publications, for articles of his that appeared in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly.

In 2005, Mr. Cummins was selected for inclusion in the 2005-2006 Honors Edition of The United Who's Who Registry which lists accomplished men and women based on their current position who have demonstrated outstanding leadership or achievement in their occupation, industry or profession.

More recently, in 2008, Attorney Cummins was selected for inclusion in Cambridge's Who's Who, an international Registry whose membership is limited to professionals who have demonstrated leadership and achievement in their industry and occupation.

I began working at the Law Office of Stephen M. Cohen while finishing Law School at night. As a paralegal, I drafted motions and memoranda of law, and conducted extensive legal research, focusing on insurance, liability, medical and health care issues. After being admitted to the bar,I became an associate of the firm, representing seriously injured persons, health care facilities and doctors. As a Junior Partner, I oversaw the firm's paralegal and investigation team. Currently, as name partner, I continue to practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Insurance Law, Products Liability, Lead Paint Poisoning, and Public Entity Liability. I manage the workflow for six associate attorneys and the firm's entire support staff. I deal with Allstate, State Farm, and a large number of other major Insurance Carriers on a daily basis, with an emphasis on legal issues relating to accident liability, and the wrongful denial of medical payments to health care practitioners in no-fault cases. I continue to counsel health care practitioners and large and small health care facilities on issues varying from management service agreements to collections to liability. I also handle catastrophic personal injury cases.

In the spare time that I (don't) have, I volunteer as a Firefighter and Medic (AEMT-CC) for the Jericho Fire Department and Brentwood Legion Ambulance.

Prior to establishing his law practice in 1981, Steven Orlow was an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York and then Counsel to the county executive of Queens County, New York. In 1980, Steven Orlow was elected to the City Council to the then existing position of "Council Member-At-Large" representing the almost two million people of Queens County in the City Council. During the latter year of his Council membership, Mr. Orlow established his law practice and, soon after establishing the practice, left the City Council to concentrate in the area of personal injury in his private practice.

Steven Orlow's activities have extended beyond his law practice to active involvement in a variety of community activities both professional and charitable in nature. In the area of professional involvement, Mr. Orlow is, or has been, a member of the Board of Directors of the Brandeis Association of Queens County, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Orlow has also been very active in the Queens County Bar Association, having served for many years as a member of its Board of Managers and then, consecutively, as treasurer, vice president, president elect and, in 2008, being elected to the presidency of the Queens County Bar Association.

Mr. Orlow has been married to his wife, Susan, since 1970 and together they have three children and five grandchildren. Two of Mr. Orlow's children, Brian and Adam, are his partners in the law practice, each having been practicing with their father for over a decade.
