A product of the Oregon public school systems, Dan Rayfield graduated from Western Oregon University in 2003. While attending Western Oregon University he made the decision to live in Corvallis, Oregon. It was during this time that he first began to appreciate the surrounding areas and the quality of life it provided.

With in an interest in remaining local, Mr. Rayfield attended and graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2006. In 2005, with an eye on returning to the Linn and Benton County area, he clerked for the Benton County District Attorney’s office. During his time at the District Attorney’s office he gained valuable trial experience prosecuting DUIIs and other misdemeanor charges.

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Rayfield was hired on as an associate with the Albany firm of Weatherford Thompson. While his practice initially focused on general civil litigation, it began to shift towards representing individuals against large entities, insurance companies, and large corporations, forcing them to be accountable for their acts and leveling the playing field for his clients. While contract and real estate disputes were engaging, he did not feel the same satisfaction as he did when working to protect the rights of individuals and fighting to ensure they were treated fairly and with respect.

In 2007, Mr. Rayfield’s passion for protecting individual rights would take center stage after accepting a civil rights case where a local police officer was accused of falsely arresting several individuals. This case made statewide news and eventually led to the officer’s resignation. Since that time, Mr. Rayfield has developed a niche specializing in civil rights cases. Mr. Rayfield has successfully handled civil rights cases against numerous counties, cities, and the State of Oregon. He firmly believes that our civil justice system acts as a check and balance against individuals that choose to violate the constitutional rights of others.

In May of 2009, Mr. Rayfield accepted a position with the Albany firm of Nelson & MacNeil effectively narrowing his practice to plaintiff litigation.

Mr. Rayfield believes that part of an attorney’s role is that of a problem solver. As such, Mr. Rayfield’s representation of his clients has, at times, gone beyond the courtroom. In 2009, after several of his clients were unable to achieve an adequate remedy at law, he looked to the legislature. Mr. Rayfield testified before the House Judiciary Committee in an effort to get a bill passed (HB2318) that now enables falsely arrested/innocent citizens to remove/set aside an arrest for a traffic offense that was otherwise detrimental when seeking employment and traveling. Mr. Rayfield can be found at the capitol throughout the legislative sessions advocating on issues related to an individual’s access to justice.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Rayfield is active in the community. He serves as President of the Linn Benton Bar Association, President on the board of the Majestic Theatre Management, Commissioner of the Linn-Benton Housing Authority, Member of the Greater Corvallis Rotary Club, Member of the Corvallis League of Women Voters, and also as a former Linn County Peer Court Judge.

In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, travels, and on occasion performs in local theater. He enjoys basketball, hiking, mountaineering/alpine climbing, and is an avid Portland Trailblazer fan.

Mr. Jackson is a longtime resident of Eugene. His high school alma mater being Churchill. As a teen, Mr. Jackson was introduced to the business of insurance, pitching in at his father’s agency – Rick Jackson Insurance.

From the University of Oregon, Mr. Jackson earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with special emphasis on American History and African History. Additionally, a minor was earned in Computer Information Technology. An undergraduate class offered by the legendary Professor Jim Klonski provided Mr. Jackson the opportunity to participate in a Supreme Court simulation; the exposure proved to be pivotal for future career decisions.

Continuing with the University of Oregon, Mr. Jackson moved directly into the Law School. In addition to the academic rigors of the program, he volunteered as an intern for the Lane County Circuit Court, and worked for the insurance defense firm Kurtz, Ford, and Johnson.

Mr. Jackson earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence (JD), passed the state bar exam, and then accepted a position as Law Clerk for Judge Charles Carlson, of the Lane County Circuit Court.

Within a year, Mr. Jackson was offered a position as an associate attorney with the prestigious firm, Frohnmayer, Deatherage, Jamieson, Moore, Armosino & McGovern – one of the most respected and oldest law firms in Oregon. There, he gained invaluable experience as an insurance defense attorney. In addition, Mr. Jackson worked on domestic, corporate, and criminal cases.

Missing the closeness of their extended families, Mr. Jackson and his wife made the decision to return to Eugene. In January of 2008, Mr. Jackson founded Jackson Law Office, LLC. The mission of his firm would remain simple: Help everyday people navigate the minefield of personal injury claims. While Mr. Jackson’s primary caseload involves injury claims and lawsuits, he also helps clients with insurance claim denials and property claims.

Wanting to contribute to his community, Mr. Jackson co-founded the Lane County Diabetes Coalition. The entities goal is to empower local sufferers of Type 2 Diabetes with their fight against this debilitating disease.

Outside the office and courtroom, Mr. Jackson is a devoted family man – happily married to his high school sweetheart, and the proud father of four children – Nora, Jonah, Clara, and Sarah. Hobbies include motorcycle riding, city league soccer for adults, and coaching his childrens’ sports teams.

Warren West is an accomplished trial attorney who has practiced law for over 38 years in the Central Oregon area. For over 25 years, Warren has dedicated his legal career to representing individuals and their families in personal injury and wrongful death cases against insurance companies and resulting from motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian and bicyclist accidents, defective products, medical malpractice claims, slip and falls, and other accidents caused by negligence. He has represented thousands of people over the years who have suffered from physical injury, physical pain, mental suffering, diminished quality of life, expensive medical bills, wage loss, and diminished earning capacity, achieving outstanding settlements or trial verdicts for his clients in these cases.

A fundamental aspect of Warren's practice is his accessibility to his clients. He personally meets regularly with his clients and their families. In this way, he can learn firsthand how their injuries have impacted their lives and lifestyles. Warren believes it is the attorney's responsibility to see to it that his clients are fully informed as to all matters affecting their legal claim.

In addition to his work on behalf of victims of personal injury, Warren is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Oregon Bar Association, the Washington Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and was a founding member and president of the Robert Campbell Inns of Court.

Warren has received an "AV" rating since 1994 from the Martindale-Hubble American Law Directory, the highest such rating available to any individual lawyer in the United States. Year after year, his peers have chosen him as possessing the highest possible legal ability and ethical standards in his practice of law.
