Mr. Pullins is a prominent Ohio lawyer, public affairs consultant and entrepreneur. He is frequently called upon to advise clients on complex legal, business and public policy issues.

He worked for over ten years as the head of Ohio's only statewide, taxpayer organization and served as a top advisor to former House Speaker Larry Householder. Mr. Pullins served as a consultant to Ohio Members of Congress Jean Schmidt in 2005, Jim Jordan in 2006, and Bob Latta in 2007.

He has appeared as a guest or been interviewed by the Fox News Channel, Court TV, the Ohio News Network Radio and TV, Ohio Public TV and Radio, Clear Channel Radio, National Public Radio, and Ohio ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX TV Affiliates. He has been interviewed or had guest columns appear in every major Ohio newspaper, several national newspapers and most other daily and weekly newspapers throughout Ohio.

Mr. Pullins' boutique law firm and public affairs practice is located in the historic downtown of Mount Vernon, Ohio in Knox County. His focus includes election law, trade association law, internet law, energy issues, healthcare, collections, asset protection, and complex business and personal litigation.

Charles is a native of Centerville, Ohio and prior to entering law school earned his B.A. from Ohio University, an M.P.A. from Wright State University, and was employed for four years with the Montgomery County, Ohio Economic Development Department where he worked to assist local companies grow their business. Charles also managed the County's site selection program where he helped attract new business investment to the Dayton Region.
