I love the practice of law: the variety of challenges, the opportunity to help people, the teaching aspects of practicing, the learning involved on almost a daily basis, and the pride I feel for putting out the tremendous effort it has taken to not only become a lawyer, but become an excellent, professional attorney. I love my children, friends and teaching at the University of Louisville.
I am also a legal & management consultant, workshop facilitator and keynote speaker focusing on workplace proactive prevention programs (harassment, union and injury) and conducting leadership/management and other skills training (success, negotiation and dealing with adversity) emphasizing humanistic values as critical components of maintaining an organizationâs healthy culture while, in the process, enhancing the bottom line.
My mission is to help as many companies as possible eliminate discriminatory harassment in the workplace. Not for any other reason, but that I truly care about people. If I can help to prevent workers from being harassed in the workplace by enlightening others, I feel like I made a difference.
