Orlando, Florida Criminal Defense Lawyer and DUI Attorney Richard Hornsby is Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by the Florida Bar and represents clients throughout Central Florida in all criminal defense, DUI defense, juvenile delinquency, and post-conviction matters.

Founded in 2001 by myself & my partner, Keith Carsten, Carsten & Ladan, P.A. is dedicated to the defense of those accused of criminal offenses in State and Federal Court. We pride ourselves on our integrity and our dedication to quality legal representation.

Each of our four attorneys have practiced criminal law since 1998 and are all former Assistant State Attorneys in Orlando.

I have successfully defended clients charged with a wide-array of criminal offenses, ranging from life felonies to simple misdemeanors in adult and juvenile court. Although my average client is a 1st or 2nd time offender, I have represented countless clients with extensive criminal records and achieve uncommon results.

As an experienced trial lawyer, Kevin has handled more than 100 jury trials in the last 23 years. Although he has represented many clients charged with serious felony and capital offenses, a vast majority of his work involves defending citizens accused of DUI. Mr. Mawn is the recipient of the 2000 Brevard County Bar Association Professionalism Award and is an active member of the Vassar B. Carlton Inn of Court. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Bar Association and as chairman of the 18th Judicial Circuit Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
