Gary E. Tibble has been helping clients in Kalamazoo and throughout Southwest Michigan in the areas of:

Mr. Tibble received his Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University in 1977; a Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University in 1980; a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1990. He was admitted to practice in Michigan in 1990 and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit in 1990.

Mr. Tibble is a member of numerous organizations, including: Michigan Bar Association, Kalamazoo Bar Association, Real Estate Practitioners' Section of the Michigan Bar Association, and the Kalamazoo Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Mr. Tibble holds a Michigan real estate brokers license, and he is an experienced real estate investor.

Mr. Tibble and his wife, Trish, reside in Comstock with their two children.

In January, I opened my own law practice with the sole purpose of serving individuals with disabilities and their families. Services may include: education matters from initial case evaluation and counsel to meetings with the school to full representation in due process hearings, the Office of Civil Rights, or the Michigan Department of Education. Services may also include school disciplinary proceedings, juvenile court representation for disability related conduct, and advocating for equal access, fair treatment, reasonable accommodations, and a free appropriate public education for children with disabilities.

M. Timothy Gergely focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury and accident law. Mr. Gergely concentrates his practice on helping individuals who have sustained injuries as a result of automobile and semi-truck accidents (No-Fault automobile accident and insurance claims), dog bites, medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death, dram shop (bar/tavern liability), and workmen's compensation. Mr. Gergely has handled numerous cases involving serious personal injury in which he has recovered millions of dollars of compensation for his injured clients. Several of Mr. Gergely's significant recoveries for his clients have been featured in Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
