Currently, I work with former District Judge, George Harrison, in an office next to the movie theater and across the street from the Library in Farmington. We primarily practice criminal defense and domestic relations, but are open to other legal issues that do not fall under those two categories.
For the last two years, I enjoyed working at the Public Defender's Office in Aztec. I participated in the development of a probation-like program called Treatment Court which is supervised by District Judge Karen Townsend. I continue to participate in weekly board meetings advocating for the clients' interests.
I maintain positive and professional relationships with local judges, police officers, prosecutors, and attorneys, which helps to achieve fair and just results for our clients.
After working at the Public Defender's Office, I understand that the need for legal counsel is often an unexpected expense. Therefore, we strive to maintain reasonable rates that will not be financially burdensome to a client who is already in a tough situation. Payment arrangements are usually an option that we are happy to provide.
