Robert Sneed has more than eleven (11) years' of experience in all aspects of litigation. Steve McConnell has more than fifteen (15) years of litigation experience. He previously served on active duty as a Marine Judge Advocate where he prosecuted cases as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, and tried numerous jury and non-jury trials. In 2003, he deployed for Operations Enduring Freedom and Noble Eagle as the Staff Judge Advocate for the Marine Corps Central CommandÃ¢s expeditionary anti-terrorist camp in Djibouti, Africa. Active in the Reserves, Steve is presently the Commanding Officer of a 1,200 Marine battalion in Charlotte, NC.
