Andrew (Andy) Mikeal Taylor is a Shareholder and Managing Attorney of Taylor & Taylor Law Firm, P.A. His practice focuses on appellate advocacy, collections litigation, personal injury claims, and real estate and business transactions and litigation.

Andy graduated summa cum laude from Ouachita Baptist University in 2002, with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.

In 2005, Andy graduated from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law. While there, he was a member of the Moot Court Board, the UALR Law Review, and the Student Bar Association.

After graduation, Andy spent a year working as a real estate attorney for Dillard's, Inc. He then spent three years at the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, serving as the Assistant Dean for Academic Support. In 2009, Andy joined Cullen & Co., PLLC as an Associate Attorney, and in 2010, Andy co-founded Taylor & Taylor Law Firm, P.A. with Tasha C. Taylor.

Tasha worked for two terms as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Justice Robert L. Brown of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Tasha joined Cullen & Co., PLLC in 2007 as an Associate Attorney. In 2010, Tasha co-founded Taylor & Taylor Law Firm, P.A. with Andy Taylor.

Tasha C. (Sossamon) Taylor is a Shareholder and Managing Attorney of Taylor & Taylor Law Firm, P.A. Her practice focuses on appellate advocacy, collections litigation, lemon law claims, personal injury claims, and business litigation.

Tasha graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas in 2002, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Computer Information Systems.

In 2005, Tasha graduated from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law. While there, she was a member of the Moot Court Board, the UALR Law Review, and the Student Bar Association.

The majority of my practice includes rendering drilling and division order title opinions, providing leasing advice for landmen, and litigating title issues related to oil and gas.

I also help royalty owners negotiate leases, draft deeds to convey or reserve minerals, and get royalty and bonus payments out of escrow. My availabilty to royalty owners is limited due to my links to the oil and gas industry. Please inquire about conflicts of interest before giving me any information about your situation.

I work on oil and gas cases in both Northern and Southern Arkansas. My office location is in Little Rock, Arkansas. As an attorney practicing out of Little Rock, I can easily litigate cases around the state. I will often waive some or all of my travel time as a courtesy to clients that have cases outside of Little Rock area.

While oil and gas is my favorite area of practice, I also handle most civil matters including probate, construction, collections, employment, and environmental cases.

I represent clients before Arkansas State Courts, Federal District Courts of Arkansas, the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, and the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
