Mr. Antonoplos, a native of Washington, D.C. received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Denison University in 1998. In 2001 Mr. Antonoplos received his Juris Doctor from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law where he was a member of the Catholic University Law Review. In 2010 Mr. Antonoplos received, his Masters in Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where he focused on business planning and partnership tax matters.

As a corporate and tax attorney, Mr. Antonoplos began his career with the law firm of Baise & Miller, P.C. (now part of Kilpatrick and Stockton, LLP) where Mr. Antonoplos was an associate in the firm’s corporate law practices. Early in his career, Mr. Antonoplos represented clients negotiating credit facilities, commercial loans and purchase and sale of businesses. In addition, Mr. Antonoplos represented technology companies in corporate matters relating to merger and acquisitions and employment issues. Following his tenure with Baise & Miller, Mr. Antonoplos was a founding member of Shaffer, Bock & Antonoplos, PLLC where his legal talents focused on issues related to the development of residential and commercial real estate and corporate law. In 2007 Mr. Antonoplos joined the Wall Street firm of Carter, Ledyard & Milburn, LLP as an Of Counsel, where he was a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Environmental practice groups.

Mr. Antonoplos, represented commercial landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting of commercial lease agreements and international clients investing foreign development dollars in domestic real estate projects. Mr. Antonoplos also routinely represented high net worth families in sale of business transactions and partnership disputes.

Mr. Antonoplos’ practice focuses on Estate Planning, Corporate, Tax and Real Estate matters. Mr. Antonoplos has assisted business owners in corporate organization, reorganization and restructuring, contract negotiations, real estate acquisitions, intellectual property matters, employee relations, and with a host of other business issues.

For over ten years now, Mr. Antonoplos has routinely assisted individuals, couples, families and business owners in estate planning and estate administration and asset protection. Drawing on years of experience representing clients in the banking sector Mr. Antonoplos is uniquely positioned to advise clients on the ins and outs of estate planning as well as asset protection from creditor claims.

In addition, Mr. Antonoplos represents both lenders and developers in connection with the negotiation and closing of residential, commercial, construction, acquisition and development loans involving office buildings, condominiums and hotels.

Mr. Antonoplos is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, State of Maryland and New York State.

Mr. Antonoplos routinely lectures on real estate and corporate law issues in Washington, DC and New York. Mr. Antonoplos lives in North West Washington, D.C. He is an avid chess player and motorcycle enthusiast.

Todd Lewis began his legal career in Florida, where he served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 corporation. Upon moving to the Washington DC metro area, Mr. Lewis again worked for a Fortune 500 Corporation, helping to build one of the largest title companies in the world.

Unhappy with the corporate lifestyle and looking to effect change and solve real world problems, in 2004 Mr. Lewis founded The Lewis Law Group, P.C., advising small to medium sized businesses and consumers in financial related matters, civil litigation, and general legal advisement.

As a licensed real estate broker and agent for over a decade and having served as lead counsel on over one billion dollars in real estate related financing, Mr. Lewis is poised to provide a wealth of knowledge to businesses and individual investors in their real estate matters.

As a successful and experienced litigator, Mr. Lewis has tried cases of all types. Mr. Lewis is an articulate negotiator and skilled litigator with an ability to discover critical legal points in complex litigation and help leverage the facts of a case to obtain the client’s objectives.

As a consumer advocate Mr. Lewis has advised consumers and professionals on a range of issues, specifically; fair business practices, bankruptcy, landlord and tenant law, residential real estate matters (ranging from short sale negotiations, loan workouts to purchase negotiations), estate planning and serving as general litigation counsel.

Having started his first business in his early twenties and having come from a long line of entrepreneurs and inventors Mr. Lewis' work product provides an insight to business that most attorney lack. Moreover, having served as legal counsel to two Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Lewis' understanding of business and economics helps to temper his legal analysis and derive a more efficient objective in his pursuit of obtaining a clients' goals.
