Attorney Epley received his J.D. from Drake Law School in Des Moines in 2009. While at Drake Law School, Ethan was a member and officer in the Agricultural Law Association and an Editor for the Agricultural Law Journal. Ethan earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree from Iowa State University in 2002 with a major in Agricultural Studies and a minor in Agronomy.
While at Law School in Des Moines Ethan worked for the Beginning Farmers Center located in Urbandale Iowa. While working for the Center Ethan participated in a research project regarding the increased absentee ownership of farm land as well as issues regarding estate planning for the family farm. Ethan also wrote an article entitled "Manure Management Planning" and helped develop the Manure Agreement Decision Making Tool which provides farmers a resource to help when developing a manure agreement.
Ethan's deep interest in farming and agricultural law comes from his family's extensive involvement in agriculture. Ethan grew up on his family's century farm located in Butler and Bremer Counties. His involvement of farming continues today as he helps his father with his farm and has begun farming a small plot of his wife's grandparents' farm in Butler County. Ethan approaches the law in a common sense manner knowing your unique situation requires a unique approach.

Daniel P. Kitchen, J.D., practices law in Southeast Iowa from his office in Washington, Iowa. Mr. Kitchen's general practice is focused on providing professional legal services suiting individual and small business needs, including, but not limited to, family and divorce law, debtor and creditor bankruptcy, contracts, real estate, wills, and estate planning. Mr. Kitchen is licensed to practice before the State courts for Iowa and Illinois, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Iowa and the Central District of Illinois.

Robert J. O'Shea has been with Brady & O'Shea, PC since its inception. He is a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Mr. O'Shea graduated from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1991, earning his Bachelor's Degree in business with cum laude honors. He obtained his law degree with honors from Drake University in 1995, graduating third in his class, and was elected Order of the Coif. He also was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Contracts.

Mr. O'Shea was admitted to Iowa Bar in 1995. In addition to practicing in Iowa's state courts, Mr. O'Shea is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa's Federal Courts.

Jeana Goosmann acts as general counsel to company presidents and professionals. Her clients range from small
local companies to large national corporations. Jeana's general practice includes but is not limited
to banking, bankruptcy, commercial law, collections, communications law, contracts, corporate law, debtor and
creditor, employment, personal injury, health care, litigation, real estate, and wills, trusts, estate planning & probate law. Jeana's employment includes Goosmann Law Firm, Founder, 2009 - Present and Heidman Law Firm,

Chuck Becker has practiced in the areas of Environmental and Real Estate law for more than 20 years and regularly advises corporate clients on environmental regulations and permit requirements in all aspects of business, including manufacturing, financing, real estate, construction and development. His areas of practice include environmental investigations and due diligence; the purchase, sale and leasing of contaminated property; storm water discharge permitting; permits and enforcement under Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, Superfund and other federal and state environmental laws; lending issues and lender liability; regulatory compliance; UST and AST permits, closures and remedial requirements; zoning and land use planning; wetlands mitigation; archeological review; environmental audit; product labeling and financial reporting.
