I'm a real estate and business attorney focusing on issues related to community associations, construction, contracts, collection/creditor's remedies, including in bankruptcy, debtor/creditor law and workouts, and insurance litigation. I am the current head of Thomsen & Nybeck's nine-member community association representation group and am co-head of the construction litigation group. I have successfully tried cases in state and federal court, as well as in arbitrations and on appeals, and have argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Mr. Bittle is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, where he spent two years on the William Mitchell Law Review and took honors in Contracts, Insurance Law, and Labor Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota. With a dozen years inside the insurance industry, he will bring the insight and confidence necessary to any personal injury or insurance claim. The bulk of Mr. Bittle's career was spent in the insurance claims area handling personal injury liability claims in multiple U.S. jurisdictions. He has resolved thousands of claims, and negotiated dozens of mediations and settlement conferences. Frederick A. Bechtold has been an attorney for eighteen years, becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 1990 and the Minnesota Bar since 1999. Prior to moving to Minnesota and entering solo practice, Fred was an associate at the firm of Vorbeck & Vorbeck, P.A.. Significant clients represented by Fred Bechtold have included the SunTrust Bank in Arcadia, Florida, the Peace River/Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority, DeSoto and Hardee Counties, Florida.
