I grew up in Boulder, Colorado, and have spent most of my life deeply involved in studying writing, argument, public speaking, business, law, and science. I also am interested in entrepreneurial ventures and politics.

Todd R. Seelman is a litigation shareholder and a director at Grimshaw & Harring. He concentrates his practice on representing corporate clients in complex commercial litigation matters emphasizing antitrust, trade regulations, fraud, conspiracy, class actions, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment, securities, commercial contract disputes and appellate practice. Over the past eighteen years, he has represented corporate clients in multi-district, multi-party, class action and other complex litigation before state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States. Mr. Seelman is an adjunct professor of antitrust law at the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. Mr. Seelman has an AV® peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
