Angel Reyes, III is Founder and Managing Partner of Heygood, Orr, Reyes, Pearson & Bartolomei. He began his legal career on Wall Street, subsequently relocated to Dallas, Texas and opened a small law firm. Within just a few years, the firm grew to become a leading, highly-respected national litigation practice.

As both an MBA and widely-heralded attorney, Angelâs combination of business and litigation acumen provides a balanced approach to strategies which are both aggressive and tempered with the appropriate level of caution. He has been involved with the legal, transactional and capital structuring of over $400 million, including commercial real estate, numerous tort settlements, early stage company capital raises and follow-on offerings. Additionally, Angel has advised numerous executives, business owners and highly successful individuals in both litigation and business matters.

Along with three of his partners, Angel was named to the Super Lawyers list, the top honor issued to the best lawyers in Texas. Angel is often quoted by newspapers and periodicals throughout the country, and is a frequent guest on both national and local television and radio shows.

Steve Sapp has extensive experience in the representation of clients in both public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, corporate and securities reporting and compliance matters, Board of Directors representation, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he represents many of his public and private corporate clients, both nationally and internationally, in the prosecution and protection of substantial technology and intellectual property portfolios, related administrative proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and disputes concerning trademark rights, domain names, and copyrights on the Internet.

Due to the breadth of his experience and aptitude for client service, he also has a broad general business practice that includes serving as general outside counsel for several public and private companies.

General Counsel

Hamilton Lindley's nationwide practice focuses on solving complex problems for individuals and companies involved in litigation. From initial investigation to appeal, he has extensive experience in all phases of litigation. Along with other counsel, Mr. Lindley's cases have produced over $800 million for clients. Mr. Lindley is admitted to all Texas federal and state courts as well as the Southern District of Indiana. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, and the Second, Fifth, Ninth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Mr. Lindley graduated from Baylor Law School and is a member of the Texas State Bar. Mr. Lindley is a member of the executive committee of the Federal Bar Association and Membership Chair. He also chairs the CLE, Social, Judiciary, and LISTA Committees for the 2,400 member Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He is a Fellow with the DAYL Foundation and is an active member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Dallas Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association for the Fifth Circuit. He is a published author in the area of securities litigation.
