Michael Grossman is an experienced Dallas personal injury lawyer and the founder of Grossman Law Offices. Michael has dedicated the last 20 years of his career to fighting for the rights of accident victims and their families.

Michael earned his doctorate of jurisprudence from the esteemed Baylor School of Law, after graduating from The University of Alabama on a with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. While attending the University of Alabama, Michael lettered in tennis for three years.

After graduating from law school, Michael was hired by one of the largest law firms in Texas which enabled him to gain the valuable insight and experience needed to start his own firm. Shortly thereafter, he set out on his own and founded Grossman Law Offices.

Michael Grossman is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, talking sports, and playing tennis (in fact, Michael and his father, attorney Rene Grossman, are a nationally ranked father-son tennis duo).

The Law Offices of C.D. Cowan, P.C. was formed in *1995. Initially, the firm concentrated on Plaintiff's representation in General Negligence cases and Texas Workers' Compensation claims. Over the last 15 plus years the firm has expanded its' traditional "Plaintiff's Only" practice to include representation in Wrongful Death, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, F.E.L.A. (Railroad Employee injury cases), F.L.S.A. (Fair Labor Standards Act) and other general Labor Law issues. The practice is keenly focused on providing "top quality, dependable representation and legal counseling" to injured East Texans in both State and Federal Courts across Texas.

Mr. Cowan is a fifth generation native East Texan born in Tyler, Smith County, Texas on June 14, 1958. Mr. Cowan was raised primarily in Longview, Texas and Texarkana, Texas before his family relocated to Dallas, Texas in 1969.

He is admitted for the practice by The State Bar of Texas (1990); The United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas (1991) and The United States Court Of Appeals, Fifth Circuit (2008) and is a member of all the following organizations: Smith County Bar Association; American Bar Association; State Bar of Texas; American Association for Justice; Texas Trial Lawyers Association; East Texas Trial Lawyers Association and The T. John Ward Inn of Court.

*Since 1991, Mr. Cowan has represented or counseled over 3000 claimants in and under the Texas Workers Compensation administrative scheme and over 1000 personal injury plaintiffs with State and Federal Court claims.
