My law practice is dedicated almost entirely to the area of workers' compensation. I represent injured workers and medical providers in the Texas workers' compensation system. I have handled and continue to pursue claims for both injured workers and medical providers through the administrative process and into the District Courts of Texas, if necessary. In order to exhaust administrative remedies and collect outstanding medical bills, I represent medical providers through the Medical Dispute Resolution process and before the State Office of Administrative Hearings.

I also represent people who have been injured as the result of someone else's negligence. These injuries are usually the result of accidents like car wrecks, 18-wheeler accidents, construction incidents, medical malpractice, and on the job injuries not covered by workers' compensation.
