Attorney Wachowski has been recognized as one of the "40 Lawyers Under 40 to Watch in Chicago." He was involved in a $2.9 million medical malpractice settlement where a patient died after heart monitors were shut off during surgery because a doctor thought they were annoying. The law firm's attorneys have conducted scores of jury trials and numerous cases.
