Aaron Foley
McDermott, Foley & Wilson, LLP
Aaron graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2007 and is a founding partner in McDermott, Foley & Wilson, LLP. He practices in the area of estate planning, including the drafting of wills, power of attorney for health care, power of attorney for finances, living trusts, irrevocable trusts and transfer-on-death deeds (TOD deeds). Aaron also works with clients on probate, guardianship and long-term care planning issues.
Aaron is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and Milwaukee Bar Association. He also volunteers with Shorewood Connects and is a member of the board of directors of the Shorewood BID and Community Projects for Seniors.
Aaron is a graduate of Marquette University High School and Creighton University.
Aaron lives in Glendale where he lives with his wife, Megan, and son, Grayden. They enjoy running, hiking, camping, gardening and volunteering.
