Abe's practice areas include corporate transactions and estate planning. He is an associate within the Private Clients Group at Lobb & Plewe, which provides legal services for high-net-worth entrepreneurs, their businesses, and their families.
Abe's work includes corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract review, corporate governance, and financing transactions, including venture capital. His work includes asset protection, complex estate planning, tax optimization, and succession planning.
Abe also has experience advising technology startups and healthcare companies. While in the Bay Area, Abe provided pro bono work to local startups through Berkeley Law's New Business Practicum.
Beyond the practice of law, Abe founded several startups in the healthcare space, including an artificial intelligence technology focused on bringing greater efficiency to our healthcare system's reimbursement process. His experience as an entrepreneur supplements much of his legal advisory work.
Abe earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and earned his bachelors degree from Cornell University. Abe served as a US Department of State Fulbright Fellow in 2009 in Amman Jordan, where he conducted telemedicine research and co-organized a mental health mission for refugees.
