Adam Dayan is originally from Chicago, Illinois. He earned his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before obtaining his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001. In 2002, Mr. Dayan joined the law firm previously known as Harris Kessler and Goldstein, where he focused on real estate and banking law. In 2004, he founded Pan American Mortgage, LLC, a nationwide mortgage company, and served as its President and CEO. Throughout his career, Mr. Dayan has maintained a clear mission: to assist consumers with their legal and debt relief needs and provide access to working capital for small businesses across the U.S.
In early 2010, Mr. Dayan co-founded Community Tax, LLC, a nationwide tax defense firm dedicated to resolving federal and state tax debt for thousands of clients. Community Tax has become one of the largest and most well-known tax defense and preparation firms in the country, earning recognition as an industry leader.
In 2010, Mr. Dayan also founded Consumer Law Group, LLC, an Illinois-based law firm offering services in various areas, including Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Employment/Labor Law, Family Law, Bankruptcy Law, and Foreclosure Litigation. CLG is a consumer-focused firm dedicated to advancing the interests of its clients through all available legal avenues.
Having gained significant experience and insight from his close association with an FDIC-insured banking institution, Mr. Dayan recognized some of the challenges faced by small businesses in accessing commercial banking services. In response, he co-founded National Funding Group, LLC in late 2013, where he currently serves as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Dayan’s mission at NFG is to offer businesses the financing they need, whether they face challenges securing loans from traditional banks or require immediate capital to sustain and grow their operations.

- Q. What to do if the NVC loses track of a fiancé visa case?
- A: If the NVC loses track of a fiancé visa case, here’s what to do:
Check USCIS Status – Confirm your I-129F petition was approved and sent to the NVC via USCIS Case Status.
Contact NVC – Call +1-603-334-0700 or use the NVC Inquiry Form. Have your receipt number ready.
Check with the Embassy – If NVC says they sent the case, verify with the U.S. embassy handling the interview.
Ask Your Congressman for Help – They can escalate the issue. Find yours at house.gov or senate.gov.
File a USCIS Ombudsman Request – If delays persist, request help at DHS Case Assistance.
I hope we were able to answer your questions.
