Adam Thomas Sampson
Rollins, Smalkin, Richards & Mackie, LLCMr. Sampson, an AV rated Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, has over twenty-five years of experience handling matters involving complex civil litigation, white collar crime, and government regulation. He currently focuses on the defense of large loss liability cases in the areas of premises liability, products liability, professional liability, trucking and transportation negligence, catastrophic injury, and construction defects. Mr. Sampson also routinely litigates claims involving issues of insurance coverage, bad faith, and fraud, and regularly litigates business and commercial disputes involving consumer protection, fiduciary duties, shareholder rights, and employment agreements.
