Adam Touma is a born and raised South Carolinian. He grew up and lived in Columbia, SC where he attended Cardinal Newman Catholic High School. After high school, Adam moved to the upstate to attend college at Clemson University where he graduated with a major in History and a minor in Psychology in 2013. He then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law. After Law School Adam clerked for the Honorable Robin Stilwell in Greenville S.C.
At the encouragement of Judge Stilwell, Adam joined the public defenders office where he gained invaluable trial and courtroom experience. After a number of years Adam decided to start his own law firm and has successfully been practicing law ever since.
Adam is a JAG in the SC Army National Guard. He currently holds the rank of 1LT.
The cases Adam most enjoys taking on are drug trafficking cases.

- Q. I was told that I had a warrant for my arrest for bringing contraband into the county jail.What can I do
- A: Hello, thank you for asking this question. I would highly recommend that you schedule a consultation with an experienced criminal defense attorney. This contraband charge is serious. If I had a client come to me with the issue presented here I would advise them to turn themselves in and invoke their right to remain silent.
