Adena Bowman has been practicing immigration law for over eight years. Over the course of her practice, she has assisted numerous businesses and individuals with H-1B, E-3, and TN petitions. She has successfully represented numerous clients on E2 and EB5 investment visas. She is familiar with the permanent residence process, including PERM, I-140 petitions and adjustments of status. She has also handled a wide range of family based immigration and complex asylum matters.
Adena has extensive experience helping businesses and individuals navigate tricky maintenance of status issues, USCIS site visits and compliance reviews. She provides efficient and effective support to clients, from the petition filing process, to responding to complex Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny and Appeals.
