Alan E. Krinzman represents individuals and companies in acquiring and developing all types of commercial, residential and condominium properties and in negotiating related financing documents. Mr. Krinzman also helps clients navigate the governmental permitting process including site plan approval, platting and zoning variances as well as negotiating construction documents and budgets with contractors and architects, and representing the owner’s interests during the construction process.
In addition to representing clients in all types of real estate transactions, a portion of Mr. Krinzman’s practice is devoted to representing investors and developers as well as institutional and private lenders in work-outs, foreclosure litigation and in bankruptcy proceedings. Because he has practiced real estate law in South Florida for more than 35 years he can quickly analyze situations, evaluate the costs and benefits to the client, and recommend the most appropriate and cost effective course of action.
