I will defend your constitutional rights and vigorously advocate on your behalf. I have fought hard for clients who face a traffic ticket or first degree murder. I will use my experience to do my best for you.
I have been an attorney in Southern Arizona for 23 years. I have worked for a judge as well as the prosecutor's office and, for the last 20 years, as a defense attorney. As such, I am able to provide clients with insight from different perspectives as to how their case will be viewed in the judicial system.
I like to listen to the client at a free consultation. What happened from the client's perspective? Then, I usually explain the court process. I then review possible ideas to get a dismissal (always the best outcome) as well as other ways to minimize the case if a dismissal does not result. Basically, I like to answer questions and start to develop some game plans.
As we get more information through police reports, body worn cameras, audio, and perhaps lab tests, the client and I review the information and adjust our game plans to new information and decide on a course of action.
At a minimum, reach out to my office if you have a case in Pima County or elsewhere in Southern Arizona. We can talk on the phone, Zoom, or in person.
