Attorney Alyson (Aly) Carbon focuses her practice on Family Law, Probate, and Estate Planning. She concentrates on various areas such as Divorce, Dissolution, Custody, and Child Support. Additionally, she has significant experience in Estate Planning and Probate matters, including Guardianships, Name Changes, Step-Parent Adoptions, and Estates.
For over 12 years, Aly worked with experts in family law, probate, and estate planning, drafting documents while assisting in case management. She then decided to become an attorney to advise and represent clients in court on her own and has successfully taken cases to trial ever since. With a passion for resolving complex legal matters, Aly delivers exceptional representation and personalized solutions for her clients.
Aly’s commitment to education led her to pursue higher learning, and she holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University. Continuing her academic journey, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a focus on Criminology from Southern New Hampshire University, where she gained valuable insights into the intricacies of the legal system.
Eager to expand her knowledge and skill set, Aly pursued a Juris Doctorate from the groundbreaking Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
