I started my career with the Department of Justice, Tax Division, Western Criminal Enforcement Section in Washington DC where I prosecuted federal criminal tax cases around the country. I left the Justice Department in 2004, and have been in private practice ever since. I specialize in assisting taxpayers will all kinds of tax issues including audits, collection, employment tax and trust fund penalties, innocent spouse claims, cases before the United States Tax court, voluntary disclosures of offshore bank accounts, criminal tax matters, failure to file, filing false tax returns and tax evasion. I have a thorough understanding of the Internal Revenue Service and have successfully assisted hundreds of clients in solving their worst tax problems.
