Summary

Amber Weeks is a Partner at Noble & Vrapi, P.A. Ms. Weeks is passionate about breaking barriers and changing the lives of immigrants, lifting the fear from her clients' shoulders so that they can walk down the street, care for their families, and live their lives without fear. She is experienced in cases involving family petitions, permanent residence, naturalization and citizenship, waivers, removal proceedings, U visas for victims of crimes, vacating criminal convictions, and other immigration matters. One of her most notable cases was the first impression published case successfully challenging mandatory detention of immigrants in Melero Valdez v. Terry, 874 F.
