Andrea J. Lehner
Andrea Lehner practices family law, including divorce, alimony, modifications, timesharing and child custody, child support, relocation, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Beaches Family Law, P.A. serves the Beaches communities in Jacksonville, Florida, and primarily handles cases in Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Clay Counties. She also practices in other counties throughout Florida.
Andrea began her legal career working for a boutique family law firm in Miami, Florida. While there, she practiced family law, civil litigation, and business formation / transactional law. She also has experience in the area of estate planning. Upon relocating to Jacksonville, Andrea practiced commercial litigation before returning to the family law area of practice. Andrea worked for a local family law firm before opening Beaches Family Law, P.A.
Andrea received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated with the honor of Cum Laude. During law school, she was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board where she participated in extensive brief writing and appellate advocacy by participating in the Benjamin N. Cardozo BMI Entertainment and Communications Competition where her team's brief placed third.
Andrea received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University at Buffalo and she qualified for the Olympic Swimming Trials in the 200 Individual Medley and 400 Individual Medley and during her undergraduate studies she was a member of the University of Maryland and University at Buffalo Varsity (Division 1) Swimming Teams.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Patch, exploring Jacksonville’s beautiful beaches, and cheering on the Miami Hurricanes.
