Biography

All I have done for 26 years has been Criminal Defense cases. I’ve got my Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, Law Degree, and I have been working on my Master’s Degree. With me my clients get 24 hour access to me via phone, email, and text. I have a secretary but I still do all my own work. I take fewer cases so I can spend more time on my cases. I will fight for you to help you get your life together. I’m a lawyer that you can trust. Look at my reviews on Google.

Legal Answers
Q. Can I get my speeding ticket thrown out if the cop doesn’t give me a copy?
A: You should receive a copy of the ticket at the time of the stop and it needs to be personally handed to you or you may be able to request a dismissal since there is no verification that a stop actually occurred. Therefore you should definitely fight it. You should also make sure that you don’t make any admissions during the stop. Answer only questions about your identity and insurance and then politely state that you are asserting your right to remain silent. You may also state that you do not answer questions without your attorney present.
