Angela I. Green, Esq, Professional Background
Attorney Angela I. Green began her practice of law in 2001 as a divorce and family lawyer in the Rocky Hill firm of the late Richard D. Tulisano, Esq. In 2005, she commenced her independent family law practice in West Hartford, Connecticut. During the past several years, Attorney Green has transformed her legal practice to a Peace Making Family Law Practice. While she continues her emphasis in family law, Attorney Greed does not accept adversarial engagements, dedicating her training and practice exclusively to Family Divorce Mediation, Marital Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, Civil Mediation and Guardian at Litem work, Real Estate Transactions and Wills and Trusts. Coming from a divorce litigation background, Attorney Green strongly believes that Mediation and Collaborative Law is the premier method to resolve many types of disputes with the highest integrity and dignity, and is working hard to educate people about mediation, collaboration and constructive conflict resolution.
Attorney Green graduated from Hartford College for Women in 1990 cum laude, Clark University in 1992 and from the Western New England College School of Law in 2001. She was born in Hunedoara, Romania in 1968 and immigrated to United States in 1987.

She was born and raised in Hunedoara, Romania and immigrated to the United States in 1987, prior to the fall of the communist regime. Attorney Green is married to Derek S. Green, also a trained mediator and has two young children. She is a violinist in the making, with limited practice time, depending on her workload.
Attorney Green is a member of the Member of Connecticut Bar Association Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Division, Member of Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation, Member of New England Chapter of Association of Conflict Resolution, Member of Collaborative Divorce Professionals Group, Divorce Solutions of Connecticut, the Collaborative Divorce Team of Connecticut and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Attorney Green serves as a volunteer Family Special Master in the Hartford Judicial District since 2003, volunteer attorney for the Legal Advice Program in the Hartford Family Court since the inception of the program in 2009, and Volunteer Attorney Mediator for the Connecticut Bar Association Resolution of Legal Fee Disputes Program. Attorney Green is on the Board of Directors for the Collaborative Divorce Professionals Group.
