Anne Guthrie focuses her practice on helping families and advocating for children. Her practice includes bankruptcy, probate law, divorce, adoption, custody modification, and drafting wills and other probate documents. Anne has helped many families located outside of Alabama with Alabama probate related issues.
Anne is also a registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution for civil and domestic relations mediation.
Anne graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000, and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar that year. She is a 1996 honors graduate of the University of Alabama Honors College with a degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
Anne and her husband Dan have three children. She is an active member of Tuscaloosa First United Methodist Church, President of The Arts Council of West Alabama, and former President of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association.
