Anthony Harbin

He worked for six years at one of the largest law firms in the state as a defense attorney representing large corporations and insurance companies in injury cases. In 1996, he moved to Anderson and began using his experience to help individuals with serious personal injuries. He handles trials and serious injury cases in all state and federal courts. He has also helped people injured in high profile cases such as the Charlotte Motor Speedway bridge collapse, and the families of those killed in high profile motor vehicle wrongful death cases as well as victims in numerous Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect cases and serious burn cases. He is a graduate of Clemson University and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Tony is a former Marine and has served on the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association for Justice, and is the immediate past President for the South Carolina Association for Justice. He is also a Member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and a Sustaining Member of the American Association for Justice. Tony serves as Managing Partner for Harbin & Burnett, LLP. He is married and has three children.
