Aroutin Hartounian, Esq. has earned his Bachelor of Political Science degree from UCLA where he graduated cum laude or "with honor." Mr. Hartounian went on to acquire his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School. He is licensed to practice law in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Hartounian is fluent in Armenian and Farsi.
