Biography

Austin is a licensed California attorney in our litigation department who has experience in a wide range of issues such as Real Estate, Construction, Business, and Employment litigation. Austin graduated from the University of Arizona in three years and was awarded the presidential scholarship, increasing in amounts each semester for academic excellence. Austin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with a focus in Ethics, and a minor in Business Administration and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Society. After deciding he had enough of the “dry heat,” Austin pursued his law degree at the University of San Diego School of Law. While in Law School, Austin competed nationally on the University of San Diego School of Law Mock Trial Team, was on the board of the Employment and Labor Law Society and won the organization of the year, was a research assistant to Professor Orly Lobel focusing on employee relations, worked at an employment law firm, and volunteered at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. Austin has several years of litigation experience on both the Plaintiff and Defense sides.
In his free time, you may find Austin and his better half, Helen, walking along the Pacific South Bay beaches or spending time in Idyllwild with the Mayor.
