Bailey M. Privette
Bailey Privette pursued her passion for law by completing her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Information Technology from the State University of New York at Albany. She later moved to Missouri to pursue her law degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, where she served as a board member of UMKC Law Review, participated in Moot Court, and was recognized by the American College of Bankruptcy for her outstanding knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code.
Before graduating, Bailey worked at two law firms in the Kansas City area, specializing in collections for major hospitals, eviction cases, and Employment Law and Workers Compensation cases. After graduation, Bailey joined a law firm in Kansas City, where she focused solely on Employment Law. In 2021, Bailey became a partner at Privette Law Office with her husband, expanding her areas of practice to include Personal Injury, Work Comp, Sexual Assault/Abuse, and Employment Law. Bailey is one of the few attorneys in the area with a focus in Employment Law.
When not in the office, Bailey spends time with her family, including her husband Zane, two children, and their black lab, Holly. In addition, she enjoys exploring the outdoors by traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, and more.
