Barbara Laurie Stagg

I have been practicing law since 1993, specializing in estates and trusts since 2006. Over these last 18 years I have accumulated extensive experience in handling basic and complex estate planning, probate and trust administration matters. My clients find me a clear communicator and a readily accessible guide to this often complex area of the law.
I have extensive mediation training and can offer my services in contentious family matters, often informally, to help resolve disputes and/or prevent them.
Prior to attending law school at UC Davis, I worked in the geothermal industry as an environmental specialist with an M.S. degree in environmental management from the University of San Francisco. I received by B.A. in English from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
I was married for 35 years, and have five daughters and six grandchildren. My family is very important to me.
