Barry Davis has been a trial lawyer for 38 years. Mr. Davis has been recognized by his peers and elected to The Best Lawyers in America in two separate areas: personal injury and medical malpractice. Mr. Davis was recently recognized as The Best Lawyers’ 2013 and 2011 Lawyer of the Year in personal injury. Mr. Davis has been recognized as a “top lawyer” by Tucson Lifestyle Magazine for the last 10 years. Southwest Super Lawyers recognizes Mr. Davis as a top Arizona personal injury trial lawyer in Arizona. Mr. Davis has been elected to the American College of Trial Lawyers. Election is limited to the top one percent of trial lawyers in the state. Mr. Davis is rated as an AV lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Davis has served as a law clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, as an adjunct professor in trial practice at the University of Arizona College of Law, and as an instructor for the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Davis served as the President of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the Morris K. Udall American Inn of Court. He has been appointed to and served on various committees within the state bar. Mr. Davis received his undergraduate degree from Washington University (St. Louis) and law degree from the University of Toledo (cum laude). Mr. Davis served as managing editor of the Law Review. He is certified by the State Board of Legal Specialization in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation.
