Benton Gann
Benton Gann brings a unique perspective to personal injury law, rooted in diverse life experiences and a passion for helping others. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology from Arkansas Tech University, a Master of Science in Forest Resources from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, and a Juris Doctorate from UALR Bowen School of Law.
Before pursuing a legal career, Mr. Gann owned and operated a real estate company specializing in the management and development of hunting, farming, and timberland properties across Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Kansas. However, after years of working outdoors in demanding conditions, he sought a profession that would allow him to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. This desire to help others led him to law school and, ultimately, to his role as a personal injury attorney.
Licensed to practice in Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, and Kansas, Mr. Gann is a dynamic and driven attorney focused exclusively on personal injury cases. His dedication, combined with his unique background, makes him a strong advocate for his clients.
