Brad Gould
Tax, Business and Estate Planning Attorney
I am a Florida Bar board certified tax attorney who serves as a trusted counselor to businesses and individuals in the full range of corporate, tax and estate planning matters for nearly 20 years. My clients include closely held businesses, business owners and their families, individuals, trustees and personal representatives.
My experience includes guiding business owners through all stages of the company’s life cycle, from formation and governance to mergers, sales and succession planning to addressing the various and complex legal issues that arise in a business's day-to-day operations. I also counsel business owners on their relationships with their entities and other owners, and represents both businesses and individuals before the IRS in tax matters.
Additionally, I provide sophisticated estate and asset protection planning services, including preparation and administration of wills, trusts and prenuptial agreements. I also handle probate administration, as well as litigation involving estates and trusts.
I am the recent past chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section's S Corporations Committee and am a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.
