- Q. I’m on a ticket payment pan but I’m a day late will I be kicked off
- A: Contact the Clerk's Office to determine your options, that is the only way to know for sure.
- Q. Will I be able to receive or ask for another court supervision?
- A: Court supervision stays on your court record (court purposes driving abstract), so they will have access to that information.
- Q. I had court for driving without license had court was giving 2months to get driver license and insurance
- A: It sounds as though the judge is giving you an opportunity to address these issues prior to resolving your case. You should go the the Secretary of State to obtain your license or determine what steps need to be taken before you can obtain a license. Depending on the reason you have been unable to obtain a license (if your license is suspended or revoked), you may want to retain an attorney to assist you.
