
Brendan Andrew O'Donnell
Mr. O'Donnell is an Oil and Gas attorney whose practice focuses on representing landowners and royalty owners across Pennsylvania. Mr. O'Donnell assists clients with evaluating and negotiating contracts proposed by oil and gas operators and pipeline companies, including oil and gas leases, pipeline rights of way, surface use agreements, pooling agreements and subsurface easements. Mr. O'Donnell also counsels clients with the purchase and sale of oil and gas rights.
Together with his transactional practice, Brendan represents clients in litigation matters, such as quiet title matters, lease termination claims, royalty underpayment suits, breach of contract claims and eminent domain proceedings.
