Brendon focuses on managing high-stakes and high-conflict family disputes, encompassing divorces involving assets totaling nine figures or more. His caseload extends to matters with intricate child-related issues or allegations of misconduct by one of the parties. He extends his legal services to selective cases throughout Florida and nationwide.
Demonstrating astuteness and strategic acumen, Brendon initiates trial preparations right from the initial consultation. Recognizing the potential efficacy of building a robust trial case to facilitate settlements, he diligently explores every avenue to achieve an amicable resolution. In cases where a favorable settlement is not attainable, Brendon is committed to pursuing the matter through trial.
Prior to co-founding Barrow Brown Carrington, PLLC, Brendon held a partnership at a distinguished divorce trial boutique. Preceding this role, he served as a securities litigator at Ropes & Gray LLP. His legal career commenced with a clerkship under the Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham, a federal appellate judge, immediately after graduating from law school.
Brendon graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, an accolade reserved for the top 10% of the graduating class. His undergraduate degree is from Princeton University.
Brendon maintains a focused and straightforward lifestyle, primarily centered around three hobbies: dedicated service to the firm's clients, engaging in running activities, and, notably, cherishing quality time with his wife and three children—a source of great joy in his life.
