Brian is a sole practitioner, practicing in Colorado since 1995. His client-friendly fees are simple flat fees for most matters.

Brian provides quality estate planning services (wills and trusts) and representation in uncontested probate matters. He also represents consumers and small business owners in bankruptcy matters.

With no staff, Brian provides one-on-one premium service to his clients, handling all client matters and communications, promptly and effectively.
