Brian L. Miller is an attorney who assists clients with various aspects of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Medicaid Planning & Applications, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration and Guardianships.
Brian is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.
Brian is a member of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section and Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, and the Elder Law and Special Needs Planning Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association. He is actively involved in the New York State Bar Association Medicaid Committee as well as the Westchester County Senior Law Day Collaborative. He is a frequent lecturer at professional organizations and com-munity groups regarding various topics related Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning and Elder Law in general.
