Brian P. Hennessy
The majority of Mr. Hennessy's practice is devoted to real estate law. He represents clients in buying and selling both commercial and residential real estate; residential and commercial leasing; zoning, subdivision and tax assessment matters; resolving clouds on title and boundary disputes; tax sale litigation; landlord-tenant disputes; creating and advising homeowner/condo associations; and resolving disputes among owners.
A proud native of Erie, Mr. Hennessy received his Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from Gannon University, graduating summa cum laude. Thereafter, Mr. Hennessy attended the University of Akron School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While attending law school, he served as senior law clerk for Attorneys Schrader, Romanoski and Stevenson and held a clerkship with the Honorable Beth Whitmore, Ninth District Ohio Court of Appeals.
