Helping NJ families like yours Navigate the Legal Complexities of Divorce for over 32 years!
Great Attorney!
I hired Brian Latimer to represent me in my divorce. It turned out to be a very long, drawn out process due to my difficult ex. Brian was a star. Held my hand thru the entire process, answered all my calls and questions, was there for me and my family every step of the way.

I graduated from NY Law School in 1988 and clerked for the late Honorable James A. Kennedy, JSC in the Family Division of Monmouth County Superior Court, Freehold, NJ. Directly after my clerkship, I accepted a job with Jacobowitz & Grabelle PC, one of Monmouth County's preeminent Family Law firms, in 1989. I became a partner in 1994 and remained with this firm for 23 years before opening my own law practice in 2012. I have dedicated my 33-year career to the practice of Divorce and Matrimonial Law . Early in my career, I was a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and Monmouth County Domestic Violence Working Group Committee. I was honored to receive the award for recognition of volunteer service to the Women's Center of Monmouth County in 1991 and again in 1999. I was recently voted one of New Jersey's Best Lawyers for Families by New Jersey Family Magazine/NJfamily.com; I have been consistently rated as a "Super Lawyer" and a Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished Attorney.
