Biography

Brianne brings almost a decade of experience to the R&H Family Law Team. She handles matters such as divorce, legal separation, maintenance and child support, modifications, enforcing court orders, protection orders, non-parent rights, stepparent adoptions, cohabitation and postnuptial agreements, and issues involving the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act.

“I saw how much people could really use my help — not only navigating through the legal system but also personally and emotionally,” Brianne said.

Brianne obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Criminal Justice Honor Society and the Political Science Student Association. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, graduating magna cum laude. She also received a certificate with honors in constitutional and administrative law.

Beyond education and experience, Brianne has built a reputation based on compassion and empathy. Clients have said she takes the time to truly hear their feelings, needs, and ultimate goals. Brianne has a way of making clients laugh even on their worst days, and can find the silver lining in even the most difficult and contentious times.

Of course, Brianne’s legal expertise and problem-solving abilities don’t hurt either. Her stellar communication and negotiation skills often lead to favorable settlements with opposing counsel and pro se parties. And if settlement talks break down, Brianne isn’t afraid to aggressively advocate for her clients in the courtroom.

“Judges respect my demeanor in court, which goes a long way,” she said.

In her free time, Brianne enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the Rocky Mountains. She loves traveling, exploring new cultures, and trying a wide variety of cuisines in her kitchen. When she isn’t doing those things, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, fiancé, and cats.
